Krishnacore, motherfuckers. I'm sorry, what? Krishnacore? What kind of stupid, innane genre is that supposed to be? I mean, honestly? I don't know. But it sounds pretty fucking awesome, even if the band consists of a bunch of Krishna enthusiasts. They play a combination of hardcore and early 90s post-hardcore that includes plenty of nice angular riffs and most importantly a whole load of passion. Also previously to this they hadn't released an album since 1996. Yeah, they split then or something, I'm too lazy to read up on the details, however thankfully they're just as angry as ever. A New Beat From A Dead Heart was also produced by the legendary Kurt Ballou. He sure is one busy man and pretty much everything he produces is great, so check this out. I think it's safe to say that Krishnacore > Christcore.
