These guys play a really, really, really post-rocky form of screamo. Like, it's pretty much just post-rock with little bits of screamo thrown in. Or something like that. Essentially, each song has a pretty little post-rock build up in the vein of Explosions In The Sky, you know what I mean, lots of melodic intertwining guitarwork and stuff which then segue into the more intense, but still really melodic, screamo sound. Apparently the album was dedicated to some guy that lived alone in the wilderness of Alaska and wrestled bears or something - I don't know, but as a result there are some quotes of his spread throughout the album, whoever he was. Oh, did I mention the band gave it out for free? That's pretty nice of them, huh. So the least you can do is listen to it. Right now.
Also, it would be cool if anyone could find a bigger image for the album cover, this post looks pretty ugly at the moment. (Yeah, this is my OCD playing up.)
