Touche Amore (or Touché Amoré?) are a screamo band from.. well, I'm not sure where they're from and I'm too lazy to look it up, but I'm sure it's somewhere pretty shitty judging by the bands general pessimism and negative outlook. Either way, they are very passionate about their music with deep, meaningful lyrics and a really quite impressive drummer - skramz seems to be a genre with an abundance of awesome drummers. The album also features guest vocals from Thursday's Geoff Rickly and also Modern Life Is War's John Elch, which are really well integrated and sound great. So as it turns out, this is a great debut album from these guys and well worth checking out if you're a screamo fan. And if not, well, become a screamo fan already, it's like one of my favourite genres. Ever. Yeah, I just spelt 'favourite' with a 'u', that's totally controversial, right?
