Killswitch Engage - Discography

While Killswitch isn't exactly a metalhead's favorite band, I sure do enjoy them. Some people think their shit isn't heavy enough, but whatever, I dig it for sure. I grew up listening to this band from freshman year of high school onward. I remember one of my friends burned me a disc with a bunch of metal songs on it during sophomore year and it had a few Killswitch on it along with a Children of Bodom and Shadows Fall song (that I can recall at this point). Anywho, Killswitch has a very normal, everyday approach to playing metalcore , but I really think Howard Jones makes them what they are. The guitar work is fucking awesome in my opinion and does a great job at being technical yet catchy and shows great mastering of the instrument, but Howard's voice does this band so much justice. I do enjoy their first two albums w/o him, but they're just not the same. He really rounds out the group for me. They are releasing an album in June, so be on the lookout for that, but until then, here's all their other stuff:

ALBUM: SELF-TITLED [Mediafire]
ALBUM: ALIVE OR JUST BREATHING [Mediafire]
ALBUM: ALIVE OR JUST BREATHING [BONUS DISC] [Mediafire]
ALBUM: THE END OF HEARTACHE [Mediafire]
ALBUM: AS DAYLIGHT DIES [Mediafire]
