Basically, You Can't Take It With You is just an incredibly well produced, sleek indie album drenched in perfect pop sensibility and outlandish experimentation. Ethereal atmospheres are consistently complimented by intoxicating harmonies and illustrative lyricism and - err, and basically the only ways to adequately explain this album sound incredibly gay and needlessly verbose. So, I'll make it simple for you: this is tailored indie; refined, experimental and catchy-as-fuck. Let's not overcomplicate things, shall we?
