For Fans Of: Why?
So for any La Dispute full length or 7" I'd be using this space to cream over their tight riffing and sporatic, stream-of-conciousness screams, but the "Here. Hear." EP's are... different. The third installment in the series - like the previous two - focuses on the lyrical side of the band, often presented in a soft, relaxing spoken word format. Beautiful poetry is at the forefront here, with music from a wide array of genres backing the words in much the same way Why?'s "Alopecia" operates. A very chilled out, very relaxing, very good listen.
