I think I got a late jump on (the)Plasmarifle (what is with the name...seriously. Not only are you named after a Halo 3 weapon...you insist on using "(the)" not "The"...not cool) so this may be old news to you all. The song names are also silly ("Hold You Close To My Heart/This Is Not An Emo Song"), but I can't tell if it is because they are trying to take themselfs not too seriosuly or just another common attepmt to be unique. I enjoy bits and pieces of this band. The unpredictability of the album is really what makes it worthwhile to listen to in my opinion. It may be pretty standed tech metal but they do a good job of making sure you don't know exactly whats coming next. Otherwise its pretty standard, slightly reminsance of the more recent IWRESTLEDABEARONCE. They plan to hit the studio again soon, although they just lost their vocalist and are still looking for a replacement. Not a huge fan of this, but its worth a look.
