I first saw The Sounds at Bamboozle. It was rainy, cold, and pretty miserable, but The Sounds' electric energy and catchy songs were more than enough to warm my belly up. :D Right now they're touring with No Doubt and Paramore, with Crossing the Rubicon dropping June 2nd (going to see them that day, can't wait!).
