Beirut has a very European/gypsy feel to it. The vocalist Zach Condon's voice brings various types of whimsical instruments together in a beautiful melting pot of musical genius. If you enjoy this album, definitely check out the Gulag Orkestar, another fantastic album by this amazing band. They haven't posted their 2009 tour yet, but I hope that they put Florida on that list... we'll see. :)
